NFT Content limitations on Auction House website

Hey, I have noticed that on the https://ergoauctions.org/#/auction/active?type=picture there are listed NFT's that display nudity ( even if it's artistic ). I have found this out as I am interested in minting NFT's that contain nude characters in sexy poses. Mines would be 3D renders, not actual images.

Now, as far as I know, the law requires that any content displaying full nudity or genitalia has to be hidden behind some sort of Age Gate. This could mean either a simple " Click if you are 18+", " Enter date of birth" or more complex methods ( ID, Credit Card verification )

My solutions:

  1. Implement a separate category that would list 18+ content ( violent images, nudity, genitalia, etc ) that would be protected by an Age Gate. OR
  2. Allow users to mint whatever content they want, but if they mint an 18+ one, they should declare so in the minting process and the resulted NFT would not be listed on the public house. The user minting the NHT would receive a private auction link that leads to that auction.

Example of NFT that is on the website at the moment:
