Enhance security for the artwork and auction process

Goal:

1. Separate the link to the preview file(s) from the final high resolution artwork to avoid sharing the original artwork to everyone.
2. Make the NFT auction process more secure and protective to artists and NFT owners.
3. Maket the NFT play fully its role of intermediary by checking and delivering the high resolution artwork in the background without obliging the artists to publicly share the artwork full resolution file to everyone.

1. The NFT creation phase:

• upload the high resolution file and store only the checksum in the NFT, no link to the high resolution file, as this link could easily expire or change. The NFT owner has anyway to have the file when creating the auction (see next stage).

2. When auctioning the artwork in Auction House:

• upload the high resolution file to load the checksum
• paste the NFT ID so the AH can verify that the calculated checksum matches the one contained in the NFT
• ideally, verify that it's the oldest appearance of this checksum in the blockchain (avoiding cheating if someone makes a later copy of the artwork and creates an other NFT out of it)
• paste a secret link to the downloadable high resolution file, which will be delivered only to the auction winner, link shall be delivered by AH to the best bidder in a secret way

3. The NFT doesn't contain any preview information as this could change later if the new seller would like to improve the presentation of the artwork

4. Auction house would allows for smaller size previews (images (smaller or watermarked), sound, video, links, text) for a teaser version accessible to anyone.
