M1 Support

Hi,

i could compile syphon.framework to ARM64 for Apple Silicon. And also Unity Video Output Plugin, but Unity M1 Crash as soon i choose the metal server script. Unfortnatly i can not see any crash reports, so maybe somebody can tell me if its even possible to Compile Framework and Plugin to Arm64 Arch?

I hope it as, as millumin beta supports Syphon on M1
