sessions and project files are confused

Description

I open opencode from the project a folder, and the /session will show the conversation records of another project (such as project B), the folder name is not Chinese characters.

I think this problem affects the experience,

Maybe consider adding a new feature on the desktop that allows users to browse the conversation log folder /.local/share/storage and manually select the items that belong to the session, which can avoid some confusion.
