Tweak `.opencode/skill` into `.opencode/skills`

Literally zero reason to use skill. It needs to be plural (grammatically correct) & the whole industry uses skills with an 's' anyways.

You can easily spot the odd man out.

I had to double-check when reading skill & pointing it out whilst using OpenCode.
