[FEATURE]: Resume questions menu after opencode closed

Describe the enhancement you want to request

I close opencode when the model asked some questions but going back to that session does not recover the questions

as you can see here

I'm using OPENCODE_EXPERIMENTAL_PLAN_MODE=1

Steps to reproduce

1. Get the planning agent to ask you something
2. Once you see question menu close opencode
3. Start opencode and go back to the session you were planning on
4. See, no question menu anymore
