Steps to reproduce

1. Wait for opencode to collapse after long-time running. (suddenly quit and start output some glitching random chars in the terminal).
2. The last session opencode was running just gone missing.

Gif can't capture it but if we see frame to frame there is 1 millisecond that original session pop up.
