Describe the enhancement you want to request

https://github.com/uloco/bluloco.nvim is a nice neovim theme I've built. There are also a bunch of other versions for other editors and environments (haven't had time to build a website for all of them.

I have a PR for the theme ready, just wanted to follow contribution guidelines, issue first.
