[FEATURE]: Add timestamp next to messages in chat (both agent and user messages)

Describe the enhancement you want to request

We already know how long an agent took and we can see in the sessions when a chat was created.

Would be nice to see a timestamp, little darker then the delegate text, on the bottom right of each message.

This would add more information about the chat, this metadata could be stored outside messages to save context?
