Currently active session not always visible when opening the session_list

Description

Currently, in the TUI, in some scenarios, the session_list's currently selected session may be outside of the region visible in the viewport until a key is pressed to change the selection.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the session_list and scroll down by two pages.
2. Close the session_list window.
3. Reopen the session_list window.
4. Observe that the selected session is outside of the viewport until you hit the up or down key to change the selected session.
