[FEATURE]: ESC key to exit app

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Currently to exit the app I have to type :q or hit CTRL + P and select option "Exit the app".

I know :q is a vim thing but it's not intuitive for non-vim users.

It would be awesome if we could hit ESC key and it would show a prompt that asks us if we would like to exit the app. I think that would be more intuitive for us non-vim users.
