TUI icons show as garbage characters on Windows 10

Bug Description

When running opencode in Windows 10 PowerShell and cmd, the opencode icon shows as garbage characters.

Environment

• opencode version: 1.1.19
• OS: Windows 10 Home Chinese Edition 22H2
• OS Build: 19045.6456
• Install Date: 2022/4/5
• Terminal: PowerShell 5.1.19041.6456 and cmd

Expected Behavior

Interface text should be clear and readable

Actual Behavior

opencode icon shows as garbage characters, same issue exists in both PowerShell and cmd
