As you can see in the Comments, people get with Version 1.1.16 the same issue including myself. Why you closing the topic and mark it as completed ??

Steps to reproduce

open .exe beta from OpenCode and it stucks, but CLI in CMD it working fine because not localhost:port server must be initiliziazed because exactly at that point it starts to stuck.
