[FEATURE]: Show actually installed version of plugins in TUI

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Right now in DialogStatus (/status command), we only show plugins' version extracted from the config file, hence always show "latest" if not specified. However, sometimes I need to know if a plugin is up-to-date or if it has been upgraded successfully yet.
