Describe the enhancement you want to request

Add a mode similar to Claude Cowork within OpenCode Desktop for non-coding knowledge work - document creation, file organization, research synthesis, data analysis etc.

There is clear demand and having separate modes for coding and non-coding tasks makes sense: when you're organizing files or creating documents, you don't want a coding interface. OpenCode already has everything needed(almost) so extending it to handle both workflows in one tool is the logical next step.
