The cache of the Provider‘s Models cannot be updatable

Description

Once opencode is connected to the lm-studio Provider, the model list is cached and appears to be unupdatable! As shown in the figure, after updating the lm-studio Provider's model list (such as adding or deleting models), when I refresh the opencode model list cache, the cache is still not updated.
