Describe the enhancement you want to request

Currently when you're creating a plan, at the end, you must switch to the build mode manually and ask the LLM to continue with the implementation.

With a switch mode tool, the LLM could ask permission to switch to the build mode on its own once it has enough information and start the implementation.
