[FEATURE]: Add Nous Research as first-class provider

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Nous Research has a public inference API at inference-api.nousresearch.com but isn't available as a provider in OpenCode.

Would be nice to add it alongside other providers so users can /connect and use Hermes models directly. All of the Hermes models are significantly cheaper through the direct API.
