When the context consumption reaches around 70%, the response time starts to increase significantly.

Description

As the title suggests, I get responses almost instantly when my context usage stays below around 70%. However, once it exceeds that threshold, the waiting time for each response to start almost always goes over one minute, which is rather confusing. After I run the compact command, the response speed goes back to normal again...
