[FEATURE]: Allow independent plan/build per session

Describe the enhancement you want to request

When working with multiple sessions it would be ideal to be able to have independent build/plan selection. This would avoid issues by issuing a build command in a session that you were basically doing plans because you just switched from a session that you was building.
