Theme colors issue with `orng` theme in the permission dialog

Description

During a permission dialog, the highlight accent color and the text color appears to be the same on both, resulting in a colored button without any readable text. This issue was discovered while using orng theme. Upon reload of opencode it seems to go away.

1. Set theme to orng
2. Open opencode on some project
3. Use a prompt that will ask for permission required dialog
4. Check the colors
