[Desktop] Slash command list does not scroll when moving the highlight with arrow keys

I expect the list of slash commands to scroll when I reach the bottom using the down arrow key

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a new session
2. Type /
3. Hit down arrow when the list of commands appears and try to go to the bottom of the list
