Command Message Support

This adds support for a new part type command, which is UI only, not sending to the LLM, showing the command that triggered the action:

This only adds support for App / Desktop, but should be fairly simple to add it to TUI as it's available there... Lemme know if you want to add support there on this PR or on a new one.
