Findings (last ~4 hours)

• a1c9a1b8c feat: read global ~/.claude/skills was reverted by ef8388f0e, so no documentation needed.
• c841de947 zen: add gpt 5.1 codex mini already updates docs (packages/web/src/content/docs/zen.mdx).
• fe8ef041f add supermemory plugin to ecosystem already updates docs (packages/web/src/content/docs/ecosystem.mdx).
• 67ebe6816 feat(format): add nixfmt formatter for Nix files is user-facing and was not documented.
• 5efb1c7b2 feat(highlight): add nix syntax highlighting is user-facing-ish (more “supported language” coverage), but there’s no existing docs page that tracks supported highlight grammars/languages, so I did not add new docs just for this.
• fd973d242 fix(webfetch): make format parameter optional with markdown default is an API/tool schema change; the docs site doesn’t currently document webfetch parameters (only tool enable/permissions), so nothing was out-of-date.

Docs Update Made

• Added nixfmt to the built-in formatters list: packages/web/src/content/docs/formatters.mdx:33
