Support iTerm2 inline image protocol (passthrough escape sequences)

When using tools like imgcat inside OpenCode, the iTerm2 escape sequences for inline images are displayed as text instead of being passed through to the terminal.

Would be great to have a passthrough mode for terminal escape sequences so iTerm2 (and other terminals with image support) can render images directly.
