The /rename command is invalid in version 1.0.144 and later versions

Description

In opencode version 1.0.143, /rename works, but not after update.

opencode is running on Ubuntu 22.04.

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #5367: Can't invoke @general or @explore (similar issue with commands/features not working after opentui update)

Both issues appear to be related to functionality breaking in recent versions (1.0.144+) with the opentui label. Feel free to ignore if your specific case doesn't match.

Version 1.0.150 /rename still doesn't work.

@code-yeongyu i think it was already fixed in dev idk if your pr is necessary here, the dev fix hasnt released yet
