Describe the enhancement you want to request

On the new UI I thought it was artifacting. I think it's to do with the padding

I think the red needs to be reduced and where I put green needs to be pushed out a bit more. I'm not about to fork and figure out PR standards and push the change myself so totally get if this get's closed instantly but just though I'd throw my 2 cents
