user's favorites ignored when filtering

Description

when opening model list to pick/filter, a favorite's list and recent list of models is shown at the top

when filtering by typing, the favorites and recent list disappears, and those favorites are shuffled back into it's provider group, and i have to hunt for the model from my preferred provider again

Steps to reproduce

1. add many providers
2. favorite a popular model available in many providers
3. <C-x> m and type to search for that model
4. try and actually find it again
