[FEATURE]: User input message height expansion configurable as a setting (currently 6-lines before scrolling)

Describe the enhancement you want to request

The user input height expands to 6-lines before scrolling is needed.

Personally, I'd set this value to 9999 lines, as I like the input message to expand to see the full input.

Having as a user configurable setting feels like a fair compromise from changing for those that might like it as-is.

Otherwise, feels like and iFrame, that has no place in a terminal.
