Opencode wont start. BunInstallFailedError

Seems to be fixed after a uninstall and a reinstall.

It started working again for me as soon as cloudflare incident was fixed.

Temporarily bypassed the problem by using opencode upgrade 1.0.122

I'm only getting this error when there's some kind of problem with my internet connection.

It happened when I started OpenCode in Docker container that had internal-only DNS, after fixing the misconfigured DNS the issue disappeared.
