Add Eyes Reaction instead of Comment Working on Github Action

Currently when the action is triggered the bot adds a comment with Working with a link with the run, the problem with that is we get an email of this Working comment, and not an email about the actual review as the comment is updated.

This PR adds an eyes reaction to the comment, then removes the reaction when it's done. And now we should receive a nice email with the actual review.
