Heavy CPU Usage and making my M1 mac laggy after updating

Description

So, I have to rollback the Opencode version to v1.0.107 because when I upgraded it to the latest version, it really make my mac struggling.

For some context: I usually using opencode with other apps too (Helium with many tabs and other apps) + dual monitor and when I run it on v1.0.107 it running perfectly smooth, but after upgrading it struggling so much. The terminal itself is lagging and basically my macbook become unsuable.

OpenCode version

v1.0.119

Steps to reproduce

  1. Use the latest version of Opencode
  2. Open chrome or any browser with many tabs and other apps too

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

  • #4804: High CPU usage

Both issues report similar symptoms: high CPU usage and lag on macOS after updating OpenCode, with the system becoming unusable even during idle sessions. Feel free to ignore if your case involves specific steps or configurations not covered by that issue.
