docs(mcp_servers): adding reference to config under remote mcp docs

Users can then directly reference that they should probably store secrets in a separate .gitignored file rather than the .json itself. Opened this PR because I myself ran to the MCP docs and had a bit of trouble finding the relevant configuration docs for it.
