CI for the `eth-bridge-integration` branch

This PR is for running CI on every merge to the eth-bridge-integration branch. It shouldn't be merged so should stay as a draft PR. This PR should ideally always be building green.

(at some point, we should set up CI to run for eth-bridge-integration on every merge, without having this PR open, and notify us if a build fails)

This PR is only open to run CI against main for eth-bridge-integration, I think it can be closed now (the CI jobs should still run in GitHub Actions on every merge/push to eth-bridge-integration anyway)
