This is simply the Github action to publish the book online so ppl can see it without having to download and run the command ;) Works fine on https://nikkolasg.github.io/ferveo One need to setup the github page to be on master on the settings though so it publishes right (only manual action needed once)

Thanks for this PR, we haven't forgotten about it! We are going to try to publish it alongside the main Anoma docs, which needs a bit more work.
