Allow checking if all apps have updates in Installed Page

Is it possible that add one function into app to let user could check if all apps have updates?

Maybe developer could add one button in upper right corner of App Watcher Installed page and when user click that button then App Watcher could check if all apps have update one by one.

Because i have Installed too many apps in my phone so i prefer updating them together if i have free time so if this app has this feature then it would be good.
