[documentation] Custom header for doxygen documentation about current and latest version

Introduction There are bunch of documentations for different versions. In line with the statistic there are a lot of requests to version 0.8 that might bring to misunderstanding. In order to display current status custom header should be introduced.

Acceptance Criteria

  • [ ] Introduce custom header for doxygen documentation.
  • [ ] Display current version of the library and the newest version.
  • [ ] Update all documentations.
