Proper handling of multiple (resized) instances of the same image on one page

From Peter: "if having two instances of an annotated image (e.g. full size and a resized version) on a page, annotations will only be added to the second image."

Actually not a bug, but rather an enhancement - since it requires communication between different images on the page.
