Handle hyperlinked images

Hyperlinked images are currently not treated correctly. Find a solution, e.g.: remove Hyperlink from image and instead add a clickable 'anchor' icon.

Alternate suggestion for consideration: A simple click w/o a drag could be processed as a normal click. For rectangular selection, a click, drag, release could be processed as an annotation. Path selection could be initiated similarly. A click followed by a drag would establish the initial point and the release would establish the second point. Subsequent clicks would add subsequent points until the path is closed.
