🐞 [BUG] - Social Links not working

Description

I have encountered an issue where the social links on the website are not functioning as expected. Clicking on the links does not redirect to the corresponding social media pages.

Current behaviour

Clicking on links takes back to the home page.

Expected behaviour

Clicking on links should open the respected links in a new tab.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to Home
2. Scroll down to the last
3. Click on Social Links
