[T20L Xiaomi Mijia 2018] some settings not saved

My camera saves all the settings in "settings", but when I turn on rtsp or mqtt, the setting only shows turned on until the next reboot OR even when I click on the "openfang" on the top left to get my camera preview, all the settings seem to be turned off again.
