Improvements for Underline, Equation, Hyperlink, Image Embedding, and Footnote/Endnote Support

Hi, I encountered a few issues and wanted to ask for advice: currently, underlines and equations aren’t extracted, and hyperlinks are missing. Additionally, images lose their position and association with the text. Footnotes and endnotes are also not recognized. If there’s a chance to address these, it would greatly enhance the tool's usability. Thanks so much for all your hard work!
