Actually I am trying to use SynthText dataset but I need images and gt.txt file to generate my txt file to load in my model. but in SynthText we have images and gt.mat file.

There's no existing code to covert the gt.mat file to gt.txt --- you would need to write it your self per your requirements. Should be a couple of lines of python.
