[Bug] Allow resuming after delete prompt while in Bulk download mode

Note: Could you tag this as enhancement or bug; I don't have write access or else I'd do it.

I noticed that if bulk items are downloaded and you decide not to overwrite the current course at prompt, it will not continue with the rest of the items on the list and exit the program.

I haven't tested if result is the same if the bulk download options are set before hand.

Hi @jawidjrs not yet, I have to look into it, I know it can be done let's see if I can figure it out in coming days. See if you could create a new issue regarding this and we can chat there as this thread is related to resuming in bulkdownload mode. Thanks
