Move to kanban board feature

When I move an issue to in progress, I need to move it to the kanban board, which still requires me to go to the Jira UI

Perhaps add a --board option to jira issue move?

Cross-linking to somewhat related --board FR issue at #847, although that is for jira sprint command. Issue has also a workaround which might come handy.
