Adding more than on Item

I bought your product and In the back end I have it set up to only add one item to the basket, but if the add to cart button is clicked multiple times it adds the free gift multiple times to the cart.

I am facing the same issue.When i add a single product in the cart , then popup appears and it works fine. But if there is already product present in the cart, and then when i add another product, then free popup does not appears. It does not works with multiple products. I am not able to purchase multiple free gift products together. How can i achieve this?
