Any possibility to use skype channel as human?

That is really an awesome work. But can you say like how to use skype as channel for human agent. I mean like instead of using WebChat channel as agent, i need to use Skype channel as agent.

Sorry for late response. I don't foresee any problem in using Skype. As long as you correctly register the agent things should work out. Did you try it out? Are you facing any issues?
