[Feature Request] Style Chrome's PDF viewer when viewing PDF

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I like to put filters on PDFs in order to make PDFs more readable, using the CSS filters property on the body tag. As of right now you can't open up StyleBot while viewing a PDF, even though the viewer is an HTML document. I have to open up the developers tab in order to edit the style and it would be easier to just use StyleBot. I realize this may not at all be in demand, but could this be added if it's not too much trouble?
