Feature Request: Notes for each question

While solving the question, I often leave small notes like :

• Question not clear
• Most optimal not implemented
• Alternate solution needed.
• TLE etc

It would be really helpful if we could add small text notes for questions.

Current solution in mind is to allow users to add custom tag sort of thing to every problem!

not only notes , if there is an option for saving the code which we made will be better option..

i guess gfg stores the code in local storage by itself.
