[Split Browser] ANR: Input Dispatching Timed Out in CardBrowser

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

Have Tablet/Chromebook

  1. Enable split mode in CardBrower from Settings -> Developer Options
  2. Go to Cardbrowser

Expected behaviour

It should remain responsive without blocking UI thread
